Can I return a bike after riding it?

We accept returns within 30 days. However, the bike must be in 'like-new' condition with minimal tire wear and no cosmetic damage.

Do you offer professional assembly services?

Yes, we partner with local bike shops nationwide. You can choose 'Ship to Shop' at checkout for professional assembly and pickup.

How often should I service my new bike?

We recommend a basic tune-up after the first 100 miles to adjust cable stretch, and a full service every 6-12 months depending on usage.
